General Code of Conduct Metrics
All tournament operations strictly enforce the official ICC Spirit of Cricket guidelines. Verbal abuse, visual dissent, or physical confrontation will immediately result in a minimum 3-match suspension, with mandatory review by the TSI Judiciary Council.
Defensive Field Compression Penalties
Short-format operations require a fast pace of play, timed at 4.5 minutes per over. If the fielding side fails to start their final over before the countdown timer hits zero, they will immediately be penalized by dropping one mandatory boundary fielder inside the 30-yard ring for the rest of the innings.
Suspension of LBW Dismissals
To maximize high-speed play and ensure smooth on-field officiating, all Leg Before Wicket (LBW) dismissals are completely suspended across TSI tournaments. However, bat padding or stance obstruction to block the wickets intentionally will be closely monitored by umpire panels.
Mandatory Mankad Caution Protocol
While Mankad run-outs remain legal under international codes, bowlers must issue exactly one formal verbal warning to the non-striker in the presence of the main umpire before executing a valid Mankad dismissal. Execution without a warning will result in a dead ball.
Keeper Stumpings & Hit-Wickets
Wicket-keeping stumpings and hit-wickets are strictly active. Fast, reactive stumpings do not require warnings and are fully adjudicated by the active square-leg umpire.
